“Been Away Too Long,” is the first single from the band’s forthcoming ablum, “King Animal.”

It will be the band’s first studio release since 1996's “Down On The Upside.”

“’Been Away Too Long’ is a song that reminds me of our ‘Down on The Upside’ period,” says singer Chris Cornell, “but, in some ways, having kind of a different energy from anything we’ve ever done.”

Look for it on November 13th.
